Individual Therapy
$225 for 50-60 minute session (no tax)
At Deep Dive, we understand the importance of identifying the root causes of your concerns. That's why we offer an initial trauma history assessment to help you get started on your journey towards better mental health.
We will explore your present-day challenges and be curious about how they may be linked to your traumatic past. Together, we will determine what stage of treatment is most suitable for you and create a treatment plan to help you to develop coping strategies, heal, and move towards wholeness.
Group Therapy
$75 per hour per person (no tax)
We offer group therapy sessions in an addition to individual therapy or as a stand-alone treatment option. Groups are typically skills-based and include trauma informed yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and other evidence-based modalities to encourage nervous system regulation, self awareness, and connection.
Advantages of the group experience include: reducing feelings of isolation & alienation, cost effectiveness, interpersonal skills development, hearing diverse perspectives, and increases the sense that “we're all in this together".
Trauma Informed Yoga
$22 per class (tax incl)
Yoga classes are offered as a compliment to traditional treatment. All yoga classes are trauma-informed, beginner oriented, and therapeutic. Trauma-informed yoga provides a safe and gentle approach to the practice that aims to build confidence, establish safety in the body, and lessen trauma response symptoms.

Please Note: As of October 2024, Yoga classes are not covered by private insurance.
Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy considers the impact on other client’s waiting for support and the psychologist’s preparation time.
We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of the scheduled session will be charged 50% of the session fee.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee.
